Arkansas Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (AR PDMP).
Arkansas Act 304 of 2011 mandates each dispenser to submit Schedule II-V controlled substance dispensations to the Arkansas Department of Health. If your pharmacy does not dispense Schedule II-V controlled substances in Arkansas or ship to Arkansas residents, you are required to submit zero reports; however, you can apply for an exemption waiver. This site is where you can submit a waiver request, view your waiver status, and perform your annual renewals.
Please note: If your pharmacy decides to dispense controlled substances in Arkansas, then your pharmacy will be required to report dispensations to the AR PDMP.
